These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ty444 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the ty444 website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. • "Platform" — refers to the ty444 website and all its services.
• "User" — a person who uses the platform through a registered account.

• "Wallet" — the virtual balance holder linked to an account.

To open an account and use any service on ty444, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

ty444 may request identity verification from any user when necessary. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended and withdrawals being blocked. Documents that may be requested for verification include:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method

Deposits on ty444 can currently be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods). There is no specific maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large deposit amounts.

• The owner of the deposit account and wallet account must be the same person.
• Deposits through a third party are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is pending. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• At least one bet must have been placed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• If fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will be temporarily held pending investigation.

New accounts on ty444 receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met before withdrawing from the bonus.

• Each bonus may have its own expiry period — if not used within the expiry period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected (bonus hunting, arranged bets, etc.), the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• Wagering requirements may not apply to VIP cashback bonuses — see the details of each offer.
• ty444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

The ty444 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Advancement to a higher tier is based on consistent play and activity. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account automatically.

ty444 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent results in all games. All games displayed on the platform are developed by reliable software providers and their results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). No game result is predetermined.

If an abnormal result occurs in a game due to a technical error, ty444 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount. ty444 is not obligated to pay any abnormal bonus or winning amount displayed due to a software error.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Abusing bonuses or fraudulently claiming bonuses
• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Attempting to damage the reputation of the platform
• Using an account on behalf of a minor
• Collusion (playing in coordination with multiple players)

ty444 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Registration with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Failure to complete identity verification

You may request closure of your own account at any time through the support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. If an account is closed under the self-exclusion policy, it cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
